The distillery awoke this morning with the effervescent smell of mash fermenting after having done our first mash run on Saturday. We will let the fermentation process run its course over the next week. Then a couple of stripping runs in our pot still before firing up our column still. Full production to begin this week. Expect to see Claremont Vodka on the shelves by mid-May.
